Description
You're Invited!
On behalf of the Community Development Bankers Association (CDBA), we cordially invite you to register for the Impact @ Scale Initiative – Cohort Two that will take place from March 2020 until Fall 2020 (likely September or October).
The Impact @ Scale Initiative is CDBA's answer to the growing need for impact and marketing training for CDFI banks. Participants will learn how to build their bank's expertise in collecting, understanding, and marketing the impact of their small business and commercial lending in minority and low-income communities, and be part of a learning network of bank impact professionals.
Who
Banks are invited to bring at least two attendees – personnel who are impact and/or CDFI program specialists, and marketing and communications staff. Additional attendees are welcome!
Takeaways
Participants will be trained how to 1) build a brand with the art of impact storytelling; 2) Create a customer community through social media best practices; 3) Pick metrics that fit your business strategy and products; 4) Build the systems to support and report your impact data; 5) Repurpose the data you already collect to talk about your impact; 6) Use cheap or free public data to talk about your community and the difference your bank makes; 7) Integrate your impact into strategic planning; and 8) Create a culture that reflects the mission, vision, and values of your bank.
